Refund Policy

This policy explains how Athena ("Athena", "we", "our", or "us") handles refunds for your purchase, as well as issues related to reward balances, withdrawal requests, and payouts.
Your purchase
Access to Athena is sold as a one-time purchase through our payment provider. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of your purchase by contacting support within 30 days of the transaction date. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
When a refund is issued, your Athena account access is revoked and any unredeemed reward balance is forfeited.
Reward balance
The reward balance shown in your account is a record of in-platform earnings, not currency. It can be exchanged for a payout via the methods listed in your account, subject to our Terms of Service.
Withdrawal reversals
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the requested amount is held against your balance.
- If your request is approved and paid, the funds leave your balance permanently.
- If your request is rejected by Athena, the held amount is returned to your available balance within one business day.
- You may ask us to cancel a pending request by contacting support before it is reviewed. We cannot cancel requests that are already approved or paid.
Failed payouts
If a payout fails because of incorrect destination details (wrong PayPal email, invalid recipient, etc.), the amount is returned to your balance and you will need to submit a new request with corrected information. Athena is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
Disputes
If you believe a payout was processed in error or did not reach you, contact support within 30 days of the request date. We will investigate in good faith and respond within 10 business days.
Forfeiture
Balances may be reduced or forfeited as described in our Terms of Service, including in cases of fraud, automation, multiple accounts, or other Terms violations. Forfeited balances are not refundable.
